So if they had more education in nutrition , more and more people are healthy to be nice and tasty food.
It's great to be healthy and I thank God for that. However, I do not think I'm healthy due to luck . I firmly believe that the main reason that I'm healthy because I take personal responsibility for my health. Make healthy eating a habit is a big part of that responsibility . Our physical bodies have laws that are governed by proper nutrition. If we violate these laws by consistently eating unhealthy foods , we will get sick.
