Advice for a Better Health

If you want to feel good , fine, this is what you should do.

A) Walk Tall. The most important effort you can do to improve your mood is to let the world see a new , confident you. And the first step is to walk the talk and confident, strutting through life as if you know exactly where you are going .

B) Empower . There is no greater sense of power than is provided by knowledge. Identify the areas you want to give yourself and have a go at it . Is it art ? Story? Politics ? Economy ? Science ? Technology ? What prevents you from collecting books , surfing the Internet or just ask questions ?

C) Relax. When you breathe in , imagine that you are breathing in all the goodness of the world , which allows the system to power and refreshed by it. After you have cleaned your system, as you exhale, your emotional toxins dissipate. Enjoy the new feeling of power you get !

Breath and say, "I am powerful ," breathe out and say, " I am beautiful " . Repeat this several times and you will feel a new rush of blood through your body.

D) Feeling good in your skin. Teach yourself the life you lead and love. Yes, it could be better and it can be done . But if you do not like the way things are going, is not a reason to lose what you already have in hand , hoping that you can do. Remember, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush! There will always be those extra kilos to make these qualities that you want your partner to have , you want to buy that car , or the house you want to have

E). Get in shape . Being fit and healthy is the most energy and confidence booster you can give to yourself . Instead of blaming yourself for not eating and bulimia on the wrong things , cultivate some positive addictions. Try to go for a daily dose of exercise : a walk, do exercise in the gym or work out a homeland.

F). Eat wisely. Instead of feeling a weight decrease as you continue to put on due to the habit of eating junk food, develop the habit of eating healthy food to stay fit and slim. It is said that you can actually eat to stay thin by eating well . Experts say that the process of chewing and digestion of food such as celery , mushrooms , broccoli and tomatoes , if not fry , actually makes you expend more calories than you take in eating.

G). Stay calm . It is indeed a rare quality and if you were successful to cultivate more than half of the concerns of his life would be . Stress and tension are the cause of many diseases that we know. Fatigue and irritability are also caused by stress.
